- The term ‘Clients’ refers to the people who utilize JHI services including free and paid services.
- The term ‘Users’ refers to the people who are viewing and utilizing information on JHI web site.

- We collect personally identifiable information and information regarding personal health conditions and problems when Clients seek assistance from JHI and/or when Users make enquiries to us and seek medical coordination and/or assistance.
- From time to time we may send a questionnaire to the email addresses of the Clients and/or Users provided with the User/Clients’ permission to investigate the quality of our service and/or ask the Users’ permission for uploading their feedback to JHI web site or JHI Facebook Page.
- The personally identifiable information and information regarding personal health conditions and problems are only used to respond to Clients’ and/or Users’ questions and/or the specific services selected by them.
- The personally identifiable information and information regarding personal health conditions that Clients and/or Users provided are stored in a secure place offline and will not be disclosed to the third party.
- The personally identifiable information and information regarding personal health conditions that Clients/Users provided can be discarded immediately after intended use upon the Users’ and Clients’ request.
Disclosure of your information
- JHI does not disclose any personally identifiable or personal health information we gather from Clients and/or Users.
- We may only release any personally identifiable or personal health information to relevant medical and/or healthcare service providers/healthcare professionals so that they can make appropriate preparations to care and treat. We only release any personally identifiable or personal health information with the Clients’ and/or Users’ permission, or to comply with valid legal requirements such as a law, regulation, or court order.
