Service Fees
Fees are charged for appointment-making and extra help beyond simple healthcare related questions.
Payment is accepted by Paypal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
Paypal / Credit Card – We will email you an electronic invoice that you can pay online using paypal or your credit card.
Bank Transfer – We will email you an invoice that has our bank details so you can transfer the fee. Please be aware that Japanese banks only accept requests for same day transfers on weekdays, before 3pm. If you request a transfer after 3pm, on weekends, or on a holiday it will be completed and confirmed the next business day.
