How can we help?
We offer finding English-speaking clinics and hospitals in your area as a service, free of charge. A fee will not be charged unless you want us to arrange an appointment or make specific enquiries for you.
Based on feedback from clinics and clients, if you are unable to communicate in Japanese to an appropriate level to discuss your symptoms, medical history and to complete registration documents we will need to co-ordinate your visit for you.
This service includes arranging an appointment, where appropriate, confirming the availability of English speaking medical staff and preparing the required registration information. We will also liaise with reception staff, who are usually unable to speak English even where doctors can, to ensure they are expecting you when you arrive and are aware of your needs. We offer this service even if the clinic you decide to attend is a drop-in.
The fee for making and co-ordinating appointments is 1100-2200 yen excluding tax. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment we have set up, we will do it free of charge one time.
