Vaccination

Routine Vaccination for Children

BCG, PCV(Pneumococcal Vaccine), DTP-IPV(Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis and Injectable Polio), MR(Measles and Rubella), Japanese Encephalitis, Chickenpox, Hib, HPV, Hepatitis B, Rotavirus.

Routine vaccinations are all free of charge with coupons from city health centers. Shots are available at the time of group baby checkup or local pediatric clinics/hospitals. Your local health center post-mail free coupons to your house. You can make an appointment with designated local pediatrics for those vaccinations. Take the coupons and Mother and Child Book to your vaccination appointments.

JHI can help you understand the mailed coupons and make an appointment with your local pediatrics. Some cities have the coupons ready at local clinics. Contact us and we will find what to do.

Your coupons may say DTP vaccine but DTaP vaccine is actually given under the title of DTP (or sometimes titled as DPT). HPV vaccine is a routine vaccination but suspended its recommendation due to its questioned side effects since June 2013.

Voluntary Vaccination for Children

Seasonal Influenza, Mumps, Hepatitis A, Meningococcus

Voluntary vaccinations are not free and costs vary depending on the shot. You can have those shots at local pediatric clinics.

Contact us and we will help you locate the clinics that have voluntary vaccinations
