What are the requirements?
Your doctor’s prescription of oxygen concentrator. English prescription is accepted. We will send you our documents, Medical Note and Rental Agreement. We ask you to fill them out and return via email to finalize the application.
When do I have to book by?
1 month-10 days before your arrival in Japan
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees are charged.
30 days until 14 days before the initial rental date: 30% of the total rental fee
13 days until 9 days: 50% of the total rental fee
8 days until the initial rental date: 100% of the total rental fee
Payment Method
International credit card payment is accepted. We will send you an online invoice to your email address. Please complete payment in advance, before your arrival in Japan to make sure to secure the concentrator for you.
