We have been receiving many inquiries about medication refill for people who are stuck in Japan – we can help with that request and even arrange an online appointment for patient who want to avoid leaving the house.
Hospitals and Clinics in Japan are mostly open and we can also provide in-hospital translation services, as most of other translation services are currently not sending translators to hospitals.
Services related to COVID-19 can only be arranged through your local health center (hokenjo). It is under a government control and we are unable to coordinate COVID testing appointments. However, if you are not sure where to start, please email us so that we can give you some suggestions.
