- The term ‘Member’ refers to the people who purchased JHI membership.
- The term ‘User’ refers to the people who are viewing and utilizing information on JHI web site.

- We collect personally identifiable information and information regarding personal health conditions and problems when you register as a Member of JHI and/or when Users make enquiries to us and seek medical coordination and/or assistance.
- From time to time we may send a questionnaire to the email addresses of the Members and/or Users provided with the User/Member’s permission to investigate the quality of our service and/or ask the Users’ permission for uploading their feedback to JHI web site or JHI Facebook Page.
- The personally identifiable information and information regarding personal health conditions and problems are only used to respond to your questions and/or the specific services you select.
- The personally identifiable information and information regarding personal health conditions that JHI Members/Users provided are stored in a secure place offline and will not be disclosed to the third party.
- The personally identifiable information and information regarding personal health conditions that Members/Users provided can be discarded immediately after intended use upon the Users’ and Members’ request.
Disclosure of your information
- JHI does not disclose any personally identifiable or personal health information we gather from our Members/Users.
- We may only release any personally identifiable or personal health information to relevant medical and/or healthcare service providers/healthcare professionals so that they can make appropriate preparations to care and treat. We only release any personally identifiable or personal health information with the Members/Users permission, or to comply with valid legal requirements such as a law, regulation, or court order. If the physical condition of the the Members/User doesn’t allow the Members/User to permit JHI to disclose their personally identifiable or personal health information, JHI discloses personally identifiable or personal health information such as name, age, address, telephone number, nationality, health insurance details, personal health condition, treatment and medication history to the relevant third parties via telephone, email or on-site for the purpose of medical assistance.
